Jessica Rose
With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate project management, I’ve built a career that blends deep knowledge with a passion for relationships and results. I launched my journey in 2000 working for a private developer, diving into ground-up development and buildouts of industrial, R&D, office, and retail spaces. Under the mentorship of the principals at Trumark Commercial, I quickly discovered my passion for commercial real estate—a passion that has driven every step of my career.

I spent five years at Federal Realty Investment Trust, one of the largest retail REITs in the country, where I led the project management of the West Coast portfolio. Among my most notable achievements was managing the tenant coordination of Santana Row, one of the Bay Area’s most iconic shopping centers.

Just before founding RPM, I was Senior Project Manager at Newmark, focusing on office tenant improvements and overseeing a portfolio of high-profile projects.
