Jessica Rose
With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate project management, I’ve built a career that blends deep knowledge with a passion for relationships and results. I launched my journey in 2000 working for a private developer, diving into ground-up development and buildouts of industrial, R&D, office, and retail spaces. Under the mentorship of the principals at Trumark Commercial, I quickly discovered my passion for commercial real estate—a passion that has driven every step of my career.

I spent five years at Federal Realty Investment Trust, one of the largest retail REITs in the country, where I led the project management of the West Coast portfolio. Among my most notable achievements was managing the tenant coordination of Santana Row, one of the Bay Area’s most iconic high-end shopping centers.

Just before founding RPM, I was Senior Project Manager at Newmark, focusing on office tenant improvements and overseeing a portfolio of high-profile projects.
